I. Pick a package.

Each package is customized to fit your wedding needs. Add ons such as additional hours, second shooter & engagements are also available!

II. Secure your date.

Dates are available on a first come, first-served basis. Your date is reserved when both a contract and a retainer has been submitted.

III. Deliver memories.

Receive your welcome email with comprehensive bridal guide, fill out wedding questionnaire as the date approaches + get tips and tricks for last minute prep! Once wedding day is here... timeless memories are captured and delivered within 8 weeks via personalized online gallery.

How are you shooting California weddings going forward?

I have select weddings booked each year in California due to my move. I travel back for each one & stay with family. I make sure to fly in at least a full day before so there are no delays! I am also offering discounted associate shooters for any weddings in California for 2024 + beyond!

Do you travel?

YEP! I travel 20 miles from my home area at no cost to you. Each mile after is $0.75/ mile, roundtrip. If traveling over 3 hours one way, a one night hotel stay is required.

How does your booking process work?

My booking process is super simple!

For weddings: I will send an electronic wedding photography contract & invoice to your email. I need a signed contract and the 40% non-refundable retainer in order to hold your date. The final balance is due 14 days before the wedding date. Once I receive payment and the contract, you are officially a Maddy Godt Photography bride!

For general sessions: a 50% deposit is due at the time of signing your contract, with the final balance being due on the day of your session and payable in cash or card. Please let me know what you prefer prior to our session so I can prepare accordingly.

Why did you move to Florida?

I always love an adventure! I lived in FL very briefly in 2018 when I worked for Disney. I have always wanted to move back and I finally made it happen! I have loved every minute exploring the sunshine state and making Florida my new home.

When are you available & how do I book?

Please contact me before setting up a shoot and I will be happy to tell you the best time I will be available to take your photos. I get dozens of inquiries weekly and cannot always update my calendar. Head over to the contact page, kindly fill out the form, and I’ll be in touch as soon as I can!

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes, I am insured, I can always send your venue a copy of my liability insurance if they need it.

How will you ensure our images are backed up?

I back up my photos onto 2 hard drives, with one being connected to my computer whenever I am editing. Additionally, I shoot on 2 memory cards during every wedding. I do not delete any RAW images until your photos have been safely uploaded to the online gallery. I keep a copy of the edited images on both hard drives, as well.

When did you start photography?

I picked up my first camera as a high schooler in 2012. It started as a hobby, I did odd jobs through the years and was on and off for a while. Finally in 2018 I decided to pick it back up again for good! I revamped my socials, website & bought all new equipment... the rest is history!

Do you offer prints, canvases, etc?

Yes, I do! There is an entire print store attached to the online gallery you will log into. It offers prints, wall mounts, canvases, cards, and more! The store is outstanding quality and is highly recommended by many clients, myself included.

Can we add on extra hours during our wedding?

Yes, you can! Each additional hour is $300 and payment is due before I continue shooting longer.
