Q: When are you available?
A: Please contact me before setting up a shoot and I will be happy to tell you the best time I will be available to take your photos. I do my best to block out that time on my appointment app, but can't always be 100% accurate.
Q: How soon can I expect to see the photos?
A: Online images for most sessions are available to view and proof within 4-7 days of the session. If you have a wedding booked, please be prepared to wait a few weeks to see your photos, as there will be hundreds to edit.
Q: Do you charge a travel fee?
A: Small travel fees may apply outside the general Sacramento area (ending at Rocklin, Folsom and Elk Grove) but contact me to get an accurate estimate on travel. Any engagement session well outside the Sacramento area will incur a travel fee at a rate of 0.50 cents a mile.
Q: What is a digital image?
A: A high resolution edited digital image in JPEG format that is emailed to you and can be downloaded to your computer and/or emailed to your local print shop to make actual prints!
Q: What equipment do you use?
A: I use a Canon camera, lenses and lighting equipment. All equipment is maintained and well-kept. I update my collection as needed and whenever financially possible to do so.
Q: How many photographers will be at my wedding?
A: It is totally up to you! Because each package is customizable, it is entirely in your hands. Want an intimate ceremony? You are fine with one photographer. Having a big wedding with lots of guests and things to capture? You might consider adding a second.
Q: Do you edit all the photos?
A: Absolutely! Every photo you receive will be edited individually. This might take a bit longer, but it's worth it to give you the absolute best images possible.
Q: How many photos should we expect?
A. On average, you could receive 75-100 images per hour of coverage. This number will vary based on the number of event and wedding size. In total, most couples receive around 600-800 edited photos. Rest assured, your event will be covered!
Q: We’re having a destination wedding, can you travel?
A: I adore destination weddings! Send me more information on your travel plans and I will create a custom wedding collection to best suit your needs, taking into account travel & room fees.
Q: How do we secure our wedding date?
A: A deposit that reflects a portion of your total amount & a signed contract are required to reserve your date. The contract and deposit are electronic and can be completed right from your computer. If we meet for a consultation I will also have a paper contract on hand. Please be aware that dates are reserved on a first come, first served basis and I can't guarantee your date without a deposit or signed contract. Click here to get started!
